Apple presented yesterday, in Cupertino, California, the new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, which hit the market with important changes in camera, processing and battery. Among the novelties is an unprecedented technology in the company's phones: the main camera now has variable aperture, allowing physical control of the amount of light that enters the sensor.
The new devices are also the first iPhones equipped with the A20 Pro, a processor manufactured in 2 nanometer technology. The chip brings a new generation of the cooling system to sustain performance in heavy tasks, such as gaming, video editing and artificial intelligence.
The new Pro also comes with iOS 27 and the new Siri AI, which now uses more advanced artificial intelligence models. The 48 megapixel main camera now allows adjusting the lens aperture for the first time on an iPhone.
