Revealed as a PlayStation exclusive, Kojima's game goes to rival Xbox

Japanese producer Hideo Kojima, known for the games "Metal Gear Solid" and "Death Stranding", revealed that PlayStation abandoned his next project, called "Physint". This decision represents a significant shift in the relationship between Kojima and Sony, which had been his partner for much of his career.

The game "Physint" will now be released as an Xbox exclusive, PlayStation's main rival in the console market. This transfer of exclusivity means that Kojima's new project will be available only on Microsoft's platform.

This news comes at a time when Kojima Productions continues to work on "Death Stranding 2", whose release is scheduled for 2025 on PlayStation 5. The company thus maintains an active relationship with Sony through this other project.
