Angola has already completed 121 privatizations under its public enterprise divestment program. Banco de Fomento Angola and Unitel are among the public companies that recently joined the Angola Stock Exchange (Bodiva), marking their presence in the equity market through this program.
The Angolan privatization process continues, with additional operations planned for the coming months. By the end of this year, the completion of two to three more operations in this context is expected.
The remaining privatizations, totaling six to seven, are expected to be completed throughout the next year, maintaining the execution pace of the program that aims to reduce the State's presence in the Angolan economy.
