From debut shipping company to robots serving drinks, the novelties of the Brazilian cruise season 2026/2027

The Brazilian cruise season 2026/2027 is scheduled to occur between October 23 and April 9, bringing several novelties to the domestic market. The great attraction will be the arrival of Corazul Cruceros, a Spanish shipping company presented to the market only in January this year, which will operate in Brazil the inaugural itineraries of its first ship, the Buenavista.

The MSC Virtuoso will also make its debut in the country, becoming one of the largest vessels to sail Brazilian waters. Additionally, Sea Destinations, Costa Cruises' immersive experiences program, will be held in Brazil for the first time.

The next season may represent a recovery of the segment after a slight contraction recorded in 2025/2026. The Brazilian Cruise Ship Association (Clia Brasil) awaits the numbers with optimism, indicating positive prospects for the sector.
