The Police Professionals Trade Union Association (ASPP/PSP) will meet this Thursday to analyze the situation in the Public Security Police and decide on the next forms of struggle to adopt.
The union represents the PSP professionals and decided to call this meeting in protest against what it considers to be a lack of response from the Government to its claims.
During the meeting, association members will assess the current state of the police institution and define new mobilization strategies to pressure the executive.
The meeting comes following previous protest actions already carried out by ASPP/PSP, which has been advocating for improvements in working conditions and greater attention from political power to the problems faced by the police.
