Half a century of bullfighting passion in Burriana
The commemorative exhibition for the 50th anniversary of the Comissió del Bou traces half a century of history of the bou al carrer through 28 photographs, documents and memories. The images capture the evolution of this bullfighting tradition that became an undisputed protagonist of the Misericòrdia festivities.
The bou al carrer tradition returned to the streets of Burriana in 1976, marking the beginning of a new stage for this practice. Since then, it has been consolidated as a central element of local celebrations.
The exhibition allows visitors to immerse themselves in five decades of bullfighting passion, preserving the memory of a tradition that remains alive in the city.
