Judge Lauren Louis denied the Tate brothers' bail request in Florida, keeping the influencers detained while the extradition process to the United Kingdom takes place. The decision was made at the court in Fort Lauderdale, in the state of Florida.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan face a total of 59 charges in the United Kingdom, allegedly related to sexual crimes and human trafficking. British authorities issued a European arrest warrant against the two brothers, who were detained in Romania at the beginning of 2023 and have since remained in custody.

The Tate brothers were transferred from the United States to Florida after a Romanian court authorized their extradition to the United Kingdom. The deadline for American authorities to formalize the extradition request ends on September 16, which places additional pressure on the ongoing legal process.

The denial of bail means that Andrew and Tristan Tate will remain detained until the resolution of the extradition process, which could result in their transfer to the United Kingdom to face the dozens of charges against them.
