Coach Carlo Ancelotti announced on Wednesday, at 3 PM (Brasília time), the first call-up list for the Brazilian national team for the new cycle after elimination to Norway in the round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup.
Brazil will play two friendly matches against Australia during the September FIFA window. On the 25th, they face the Australians at Queensland Country Bank stadium, in Townsville. On the 29th, they face the hosts again, this time at Suncorp stadium, in Brisbane.
After the matches with Australia, the Brazilian national team will play its first game against the Indian national team. The unprecedented encounter took place on October 3rd, at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan stadium, known as Salt Lake Stadium, in the city of Kolkata.
