Artificial intelligence creates professional simulations

oglobo9 September 2026 at 18:57

Artificial intelligence is being used to create professional simulations that allow the practice of work situations in a controlled environment. The model is inspired by aviation, where pilots train on simulators before taking over real aircraft, facing critical scenarios and learning to make decisions in different situations.

In the Brazilian corporate environment, however, practical training still frequently happens directly with real customers, patients and partners, without them knowing they are participating in the learning process of professionals. Areas such as customer service, sales, health, retail, logistics and services are particularly affected by this gap between completing training and actual preparation to perform functions.

The company Beedoo developed BeeStudio, a solution that uses artificial intelligence to create content and simulate professional situations through both text and voice. The tool's purpose is to allow employees to practice conversations, decisions and procedures before dealing with similar situations in real work.

The solution seeks to reduce the distance between the end of traditional training and the moment when the professional is truly prepared to execute their activities, offering a safe alternative for skill development without exposing customers or patients to learning processes.

Specialized training for doctors now moves to online selection this year

The Central Administration of the Health System (ACSS) confirmed that, starting this year, doctors applying for specialized training positions in the medical residency program will make their selections exclusively through an electronic platform, eliminating the requirement for physical attendance at ACSS facilities. The new digital system, developed by the Shared Services of the Ministry of Health in partnership with ACSS, underwent functional and technical testing with the participation of representatives from the Medical Association and the medical residency councils. The platform preserves the fundamental elements of the previous competition, including the final ranking, equal treatment of candidates, and procedural transparency. The definitive map with the distribution of positions for specialized training should be released in the first weeks of October.
