Euronext announced this Wednesday the results of the September quarterly review of the PSI, the main Lisbon Stock Exchange index, with no changes to the composition of the index. The review will be implemented after market close on Friday, September 18, 2026, taking effect from Monday, September 21, 2026. The last change to the PSI composition was announced in September 2025, with the return of Teixeira Duarte to the main index.
Euronext notes that the Independent Supervisor retains the right to change the published selection, for example in the case of removal due to a takeover bid, until the publication of final data after Wednesday's close, September 16, 2026. Any events occurring after that date will not result in the replacement of any company that may be removed from the final index selection.
The PSI is reviewed quarterly in June, September and December, with the full annual review conducted in March. The next Index Monitoring Committee meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 9, 2026.
The eligibility criteria for inclusion in the index state that companies must have a minimum free float market capitalization of 100 million euros, regular trading volume with a trading velocity equivalent to at least 10% of annual free float, and a maximum weighting limit of 15% in the index on review dates.
