The court dismisses the case for alleged falsification and prevarication in the PAI Sant Gregori in Burriana

El Periódico Mediterráneo - General9 September 2026 at 16:48

Examining Court number 4 of Vila-real decided to dismiss and terminate a case related to the urban development of the PAI Sant Gregori in Burriana. The investigation involved suspicions of documentary falsification and prevarication associated with this urban project, as well as the collection of fees and work certification reports.

The case began after the filing of a complaint in July 2021, which triggered the opening of an investigation process by the competent judicial authorities.

The dismissal decision means that the court did not find sufficient evidence to proceed with the case against those involved in this urban development operation. This resolution thus closes the proceedings initiated approximately two years ago as part of this investigation.
