The Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) confirmed that the deadline for Lightsource bp to submit the reformulation of the Sophia solar farm project ends on October 2, 2026. The information was conveyed to the Lus news agency by the APA itself.

The project is subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, which means that Lightsource bp needs to submit the reformulated elements to the competent authority within the established deadline.

The company responsible for the project is Lightsource bp, a company in the energy sector specializing in photovoltaic solar energy. This is the entity that must ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted within the deadline set by the APA.
