The number of complaints at AIMA (Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum) dropped by about 50% compared to 2024. This reduction represents a significant improvement in the quality of services provided by the agency.
Last year, AIMA carried out more than 600,000 attendances, which demonstrates the high volume of work handled by the agency. This high number of attendances contrasts with the decrease in registered complaints.
The data indicate a positive trend in the management of processes and the service provided to citizens by AIMA, which saw the number of complaints fall by half compared to the previous year.
The reduction in complaints occurs in a context where the agency has been facing challenges related to integration, migration and asylum, areas that traditionally generate high demand and potential for situations of dissatisfaction on the part of users.
