The Government has once again proceeded to change the IRS withholding tax rates, implementing a new reduction that covers up to the 6th income bracket. This measure applies to taxpayers with annual incomes up to 43,090 euros.
According to the information released, more than two million households will be covered by this reduction in withholding tax rates. The significant number of families affected reflects the broad impact of this decision on taxpayers.
The measure will be applied retroactively to January, meaning taxpayers will begin to feel the financial effects still during the current year, with possible adjustments in the coming months.
