Fernando Grilo, specialist in project management, strategic planning and maritime transport services marketing, made a critical reading of the economic-financial study on the feasibility of the ferry connection between Madeira and the mainland.
Grilo considers that the conclusions of inviability of the six scenarios analyzed in the study should be interpreted in light of the assumptions and methodology used.
The specialist warns that the analysis of the premises and methods applied is fundamental to adequately understand the results obtained in the study on the ferry connection.
