A woman interviewed by CMTV said it is not the first time she has tried to be served at AIMA, highlighting the difficulties faced by citizens in obtaining service.

According to reports, there is a statement that "there are no more tickets to get in," indicating that the agency's service capacity is overloaded and that many people are left unable to get a ticket to be served on the same day.
