Local Health Unit forced to reinforce corpse identification measures after swap detected at wake

The Health Regulatory Authority decided to force a Local Health Unit (ULS) to reinforce corpse identification measures after a swap was detected during a wake. The case dates back to January and was disclosed this Wednesday by the regulatory body.

The swap was discovered during the wake, which led to the intervention of the Health Regulatory Authority, which imposed on the ULS in question the adoption of stricter measures to guarantee the correct identification of bodies.
