On September 7th, during an event on Paulista Avenue, Sonia Hernandes, pastor, businesswoman and self-proclaimed the "first bishopess of Brazil," opened the speeches asking blessings for minister André Mendonça, of the Supreme Federal Court. At the microphone, deputy Bia Kicis, from PL of the Federal District, asked for support from the Brazilian people for André Mendonça. Then, deputy Gustavo Gayer, from PL of Goiás, praised the minister as someone who is "fighting against the system" and who "returned to give hope to the Brazilian people," generating applause from the crowd present at the event.
