Deloitte opened this Tuesday, September 8, applications for the 4th edition of Technology Fast 50 Portugal, a ranking that distinguishes the 50 technology companies with the highest growth in the country, based on the percentage increase in operating revenues. Applications are open until October 16, through the program's official website, and the winners will be announced at the award ceremony scheduled for December 10.
The program is aimed at technology companies that hold intellectual property or their own technology responsible for a significant portion of their revenues, that develop relevant research and development activities, or that use technology in a differentiating way. In addition to the main ranking, the edition will again award complementary prizes, including the Impact Award, the Women in Leadership Award, the Rising Stars Award in partnership with Startup Portugal, the Market Catalyst by Google Cloud, and the Venture Champion Award.
Distinguished companies also have access to networking opportunities and can join the Technology Fast 500 EMEA, Deloitte's international ranking. In 2025, the Portuguese company Bloq.it came in second place in this European ranking, for the second consecutive year.
Pedro Brás da Silva, partner at Deloitte, stated that Technology Fast 50 has established itself as the biggest celebration of the national technology ecosystem, recognizing companies that create value through innovation and strengthen the competitiveness of the Portuguese economy. Miguel d'Aguiar, executive director of Startup Portugal, highlighted that the initiative shows the dimension, ambition, and growth capacity of the Portuguese ecosystem, giving startups and scaleups greater visibility and prominence.
