The president of the Regional Government of the Azores, Albuquerque, will visit tomorrow the requalification works of the Dr. Ângelo Augusto da Silva Basic and Secondary School. The visit marks the conclusion of the rehabilitation works for both the school and its sports gymnasium.
According to the note from the Presidency's office, the rehabilitation works are fully completed. The school now has better conditions for teaching, work and learning.
The school community benefiting includes 207 teachers, 63 non-teaching staff and 1036 students, who will now have renewed infrastructure as a result of this investment.
