Minister André Mendonça, of the Supreme Federal Court, removed the director-general of the Federal Police, Andrei Rodrigues, and used the decision to harshly criticize six intelligence reports from the corporation that were used by Minister Alexandre de Moraes to point out "evidence" of crime by Mendonça in the handling of the Master and INSS cases. Mendonça stated that the documents are illicit, "bizarre" and do not follow the technical standards necessary for the preparation of intelligence documents.

The minister classified the reports as "useless" for intelligence activity. Among the criticisms highlighted, Mendonça pointed out that the reports are apocryphal, without letterhead or any other symbol that gives them the "minimum degree of legitimacy and reliability," which makes it impossible to verify their authorship and date of preparation.

The decision also mentions that the technical fragility of the documents was so evident that it provoked public statements from professional representative entities, reinforcing the criticism of the quality and origin of the reports used in the proceedings.
