The Portuguese consultancy I Have The Power (IHTP) launched an Artificial Intelligence-based platform that allows companies to continuously monitor, in real time, the happiness levels of employees. Called Global Happiness Platform, the tool measures happiness indicators, identifies risks, and suggests personalized action plans for workers.
The founder and chief executive officer of the company, Adelino Cunha, explained that the developed methodology is based on accumulated knowledge of the national and international business market and on the work carried out within the framework of the Happiness Manager Certification. The platform is configured in a personalized manner to the context of each company and is able to collect, process, and manage happiness projects implemented over time.
The tool integrates two internationally recognized systems, Gross National Happiness (FIB) and the World Happiness Report (WHR), also allowing the creation, using AI, of personalized indexes adapted to the culture and objectives of each company. According to Adelino Cunha, artificial intelligence is a valuable auxiliary for the rapid processing of large volumes of information, providing insights that are subsequently validated by the Happiness Manager and their team.
Founded in 2002, I Have The Power is dedicated to training in personal excellence and operates in more than 80 countries. Adelino Cunha holds a degree in Applied Mathematics – Computer Science and was a university professor for ten years before founding several companies, including Solfut, a commercial network consulting firm.
