The Penedo Furado River Beach, located in Vila de Rei, received a Sun observation activity aimed at the public. The initiative was promoted by the Centro Ciência Viva de Constância – Parque de Astronomia, as part of the 30th edition of the "Ciência Viva no Verão" program. The event provided participants with the opportunity to have a closer contact with astronomy through solar observation.
