The Intermunicipal Community of Alto Minho will carry out two training actions dedicated to the responsible co-reconciliation of family and work life. The training takes place between September 21 and October 23, in a mixed format, combining pre-recorded theoretical modules with online practical sessions.
The program addresses topics such as co-responsibility, reconciliation rights and resources, redistribution of domestic and care work, labor flexibility, and the adoption of more balanced practices in companies and organizations. The actions are aimed at the general public and equality technicians, with the aim of promoting gender equality and the equitable distribution of household tasks, family responsibilities, and professional life.
Registrations are free and run until September 18, with interested parties able to access the full program and the participation form on the Iqual Campus platform.
The actions are promoted by CIM Alto Minho and co-funded by the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund, under the Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal Program 2021-2027.
