Marsh Portugal launched an internship program through its Inclusive Academy, aimed at people with disabilities. The program offers a full year of internship, with a training grant from day one, allowing participants to enter the consulting field.
The internships include four initial months dedicated exclusively to training, before participants start working on real projects. This approach aims to adequately prepare young people for the professional environment.
The selection process was carried out in collaboration with IEFP, Associação Salvador and other sector entities. This partnership allowed for identifying and recruiting young people with the appropriate profile for the program.
The main objective of Marsh is to open doors to careers in consulting for people with disabilities, promoting professional inclusion and creating real employment opportunities in this sector.
