Four paintings by French painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir were stolen from a museum in France. The theft occurred at the museum-atelier located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in the south of the country.

The mayor of Cagnes-sur-Mer announced that the stolen works were valued at 9 million euros. So far, no further details have been released about the circumstances of the theft or the suspects involved.
