Cathedral of Santarém is in the final of the New 7 Wonders of Portugal

The Cathedral of Santarém is among the 21 finalist monuments of the New 7 Wonders of Portugal. The Scalabitan monument will compete for victory in the Religion category on September 12th, during the National Grand Final. The cathedral reached the final after securing a place among the three most voted heritage sites in its category. This distinction places the Cathedral of Santarém among the most emblematic monuments of Portuguese religious heritage.
