A fire broke out tonight in Nogueira do Cravo, in the municipality of Oliveira do Hospital. The Oliveira do Hospital Fire Brigade received the alert at 9:48 PM.

In combating the flames, which consumed vegetation in a forest area, around 30 operatives were deployed, supported by seven vehicles.

The fire brigade commander stated it was arson, meaning a fire of intentional origin.

The information was reported by a source from the Oliveira do Hospital Fire Brigade to Rádio Boa Nova.
