The special exam season in Portugal ends this Tuesday. This season is intended for students who wanted to improve their results or who were unable to take the tests during the regular season.
The number of students enrolled in this special season was 43 thousand. However, the majority of these students ended up missing the tests that were held.
The high absence rate suggests that many students were satisfied with the results they obtained in the regular season exams. Thus, they did not feel the need to repeat the tests.
In this way, the absences in the special season serve as an indicator that students were satisfied with the results of the exams taken previously.
