The Câmara Municipal de Câmara de Lobos launched the photography contest "A Look at the Third Age", an initiative integrated into the celebrations of International Day of the Elderly. The contest aims to stimulate creativity and invite the community to reflect on aging through new perspectives.
The contest is open to participants over 16 years of age, thus covering a wider audience that can contribute with their photographic works on the theme of the third age.
The municipality intends, through this initiative, to alert the population to the importance of looking differently at the aging process, promoting a more positive and renewed vision of this phase of life.
This action is part of a set of commemorative activities of International Day of the Elderly, reinforcing the commitment of the Câmara Municipal de Câmara de Lobos to the valorization and respect for the elderly.
