Banco Santander Totta places 500 million euros in Covered Bonds

Banco Santander Totta announced on Monday, September 7, the placement with institutional investors of a Covered Bonds (Premium) issuance worth 500 million euros. The issuance was carried out under the bank's Covered Bonds Programme, which was approved by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM). The bonds mature in September 2029 and offer a fixed coupon rate of 3.375%. Settlement of the operation is expected on September 9, 2026. With this issuance, Banco Santander Totta reinforces its financing through covered debt instruments, aimed at institutional investors.
