Chamusca hosts the Author Fair of CIMLT 2026

A Chamusca will host the sixth edition of FACIL – Author Fair of the Intermunicipal Community of the Lezíria do Tejo. The event will take place on September 18 and 19, at Largo 25 de Abril, in the town of Chamusca.

The fair's main objective is to promote the work of local authors, books and reading. The initiative aims to bring together in a single space the books published by authors from the 11 associated municipalities of CIMLT, thus bringing together the literary production of the entire region.

This event represents an opportunity to give visibility to the writers of the Lezíria do Tejo and reinforce the importance of reading and literature in the intermunicipal community.
