The Destaka Fair, born in Vila-real, Spain, in 2014, as a meeting point between university, research, business and public administrations, faces in 2026 one of the most ambitious years of its trajectory. The project will hold for the first time an international edition outside Spain.
The fair's first international edition will cross the Atlantic on September 17 and 18, with Colombia as its destination. This international expansion represents an important milestone for the event, which until now was held exclusively in Spanish territory.
After its passage through Colombia, the fair will return to Vila-real for its usual edition, which will take place from November 18 to 20 at the Centre de Congressos, Fires i Trobades. This sequence of events demonstrates the growing ambition of the project, which in more than a decade of existence has established itself as a space for linking different sectors.
