Registrations for the municipal program Paredes Ativo are now open, offering weekly physical activity classes in the towns of Lordelo and Recarei. The program includes modalities such as Pilates, Yourfit Jump, Localizada, Yourfit Body, and Yourfit Pulse, held at two sports facilities: Pavilhão Rota dos Móveis in Lordelo and Ginásio da Piscina Rota dos Móveis in Recarei.
Classes at Pavilhão Rota dos Móveis take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while at Ginásio da Piscina Rota dos Móveis activities are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Regarding costs, registration for new users is 12.65 euros, a value that includes insurance, with renewal at 6.30 euros. The monthly fee costs 15.15 euros for one weekly class or 20.15 euros for two classes per week.
Registrations are made in person at Pavilhão Rota dos Móveis in Lordelo. Paredes Ativo is a program aimed at the population of the municipality of Paredes, with the objective of encouraging regular physical exercise.
