Torres Novas Swimming Club (CNTN) achieved significant results at the final stage of the Portuguese Triathlon Cup, held on September 6 in Alhandra. The club's women's team secured 2nd place in the team competition, while the men's team obtained 3rd place in the team classification.
The race was contested in super-sprint distance, consisting of 300 metres of swimming, 8 kilometres of cycling and 2 kilometres of running. This was the final stage of the Portuguese Triathlon Cup.
In addition to the regular competition, this stage also served as a qualification event for cadet athletes. CNTN, a club from Torres Novas, thus demonstrated its competitiveness in both the women's and men's categories in this national competition.
