The Spanish Government presents its 'public Idealista' with 800 rental apartments

The Spanish Government presented this Monday the new portal Habitaclia 47, the state housing company born from the transformation of Sepes, which starts with 800 affordable rental homes. The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, announced during the presentation of the platform that 1,500 more homes will soon be incorporated.

The platform was first reported by EL PERIÓDICO last Friday. The portal aims to offer homes at affordable prices to meet the housing needs of the Spanish population.
