Anitta gave an interview that reveals an artist different from the one encountered on other occasions. At 33 years old, the singer showed herself with a soft voice, made pauses to breathe, and demonstrated attentive listening, in contrast to previous interviews conducted in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022, and 2023. She declared she's living a more serene and decelerated phase, after a journey of self-knowledge.
Anitta's schedule remains frantic, but the approach has changed. She is the new queen of drums of Grande Rio, and just ended a tour last Saturday in Salvador, after passing through Porto Alegre, São Paulo, Fortaleza, and Niterói. The album "Equilibrium," which gave the tour its name, reflects this moment of balance that the artist seeks.
Anitta stated that she learned to breathe and slow down to avoid getting sick, and added that "you can't live on crutches like drink and medication." The artist is aligned with the preface she signs in the book "Musculature of the Soul," by integrative therapist Max Tovar, her guru in the search for purpose, mental health, and connection with what does her good.
