Universitat Jaume I begins the new academic year this Monday, September 7, with the arrival of more than 2,800 new students. In total, more than 11,600 students are enrolled in undergraduate studies at the institution. The university offered 2,885 places for new students in the 26/27 academic year.
This course marks the arrival of Jesús Lancis as the new rector, who took office on July 1, replacing Eva Alcón in the position.
Among the new academic year features, two new double degree programs stand out: the Double Degree in Design and Video Game Development and Audiovisual Communication and the Double Degree in Audiovisual Communication and Humanities. Additionally, 13 degrees are renewing their study plans.
