The Romary of Our Lady of Cola returns to the municipality of Ourique as an annual tradition, organized by the Santa Casa Misericórdia. The event takes place over two days and represents the main local devotion, being passed down from generation to generation among the inhabitants of the region.
During the romary, participants fulfill promises and prayers, accompanied by chants and various cultural manifestations. The faithful reunite in this celebration that combines religious and festive elements, keeping the Marian tradition alive in this land of Baixo Alentejo.
