Pedro Silva, rider from the team Feira dos Sofás-Boavista, won the Grande Prémio TSF/JN. The cyclist managed to keep the yellow jersey during the last stage of the competition.
The yellow jersey was initially conquered the previous day, in Cascais. Pedro Silva won it in that stage, taking it from Rafael Reis, rider from the team Anicolor-campicarn.
With this victory, Pedro Silva confirmed his good performance throughout the competition, managing to hold the lead until the end of the race.
