Raimundo, Secretary-General of the PCP, closed the rally of the 50th May Day Festival with a speech in which he accused the Government of carrying out an "ongoing robbery" and challenged the country to find a rupture alternative.
In his speech, Raimundo made no reference to the motion of censure against the Government, which had been debated on Tuesday in parliament.
The communist leader also criticized those who "promote hatred and violence" and "seek to impose the xenophobic and racist agenda," without specifying who he was addressing.
