The Pereira Bom Games Field, in Bencatel, was inaugurated on Saturday, September 5, with a new synthetic turf. The work represents a municipal investment of approximately 200 thousand euros, fully covered by the Municipality of Vila Viçosa.
The opening ceremony was attended by municipal representatives and the local community, who celebrated the completion of this intervention that aims to improve sports conditions in the parish.
The new synthetic turf will allow sports practice throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions, benefiting clubs and athletes in the region.
During the inauguration, it was also announced that the venue will host the Association League final, which gives the new sports facility regional relevance.
