Fire in Serra d'Ossa in final phase: Estremoz and Redondo ensure support for teams on the ground

The fire in Serra d'Ossa is in its final phase, with consolidation and surveillance work continuing on the ground. The incident mainly affected forest plantation and scrubland areas in the municipality of Redondo, with no injuries or damage to homes reported. The firefighting effort involved 303 personnel and 112 resources, including four tracked vehicles. The joint effort mobilized firefighters, security forces, civil protection agents, forest rangers, municipal teams and volunteers. The municipalities of Estremoz and Redondo ensured support for the teams on the ground during the operation.
