Authorities search for around 30 people after alleged migrant landing in Meco

A rubber boat was found on Foz beach, in the area of Aldeia do Meco, in Sesimbra. A fisherman alerted authorities to an alleged landing of around 30 migrants during the early hours of this Sunday. The National Republican Guard is carrying out operations in the region after receiving this information. The authorities are searching for the migrants who are believed to have landed in that coastal area.
