The British-Nigerian influencer Igho Ubiribo, 43 years old, known on social media as "Tiny," died after undergoing a penile enlargement procedure during a vacation in Bangkok, Thailand, alongside his wife. The information was presented at an inquest at the Inner West London Justice Court.
According to the inquest, Ubiribo received 40 milliliters of a mixture of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine on March 5. After the procedure, while receiving a massage, he began complaining of chest pain and fainted twice.
He was taken to Sukhumvit Hospital but lost consciousness before undergoing a computed tomography scan. Dr. Thongchai Chansirirattingkul explained that the patient had already experienced two episodes of syncope while receiving the massage, on the same day he received the penile filler injections.
The autopsy confirmed that the cause of death was pulmonary embolism.
