Rock in Rio takes place this Sunday (6), and organizers are warning attendees to pay attention to their personal belongings during the trip to Cidade do Rock. Cell phones, documents, bags, keys, and other belongings may be forgotten on MetrôRio trains or in stations.
If any item is lost, the passenger can use MetrôRio's Lost and Found service. The company catalogs all found objects in the system and keeps them stored for up to 60 days.
To try to recover an item, it is necessary to access the service form on the concessionaire's website, select the "Lost and Found" option, and provide the station where they believe the object was lost, as well as the date and time.
It is also essential to describe the item in as much detail as possible, such as color, brand, and material. After registration, the customer must note the protocol number provided to track the progress of the request.
