After the birth of their son, Calvin Harris transformed his wife's placenta into capsules for consumption.
The practice is known as placentophagy and consists of dehydrating the organ to turn it into pills. Vick Hope is not the first celebrity to adopt this procedure. TV presenter Bela Gil and businesswoman Kim Kardashian have also opted for the same practice after their deliveries.
The placenta is an organ that forms in the uterus during pregnancy and functions by providing oxygen and nutrients to the fetus, in addition to other important functions during gestation.
