Campaign and PF actions change core close to Lula, and names like Wagner and Gleisi distance themselves

Lula's innermost circle underwent a reshuffle at the moment he seeks a fourth term. The dynamics of the electoral campaign and Federal Police investigations that hit allies forced changes and promoted a power rebalancing.

The group with the strongest connection to the president is made up of the PT president and coordinator of the reelection committee, Edinho Silva; former president Fernando Haddad, candidate for governor of São Paulo; Minister Sidônio Palmeira (Social Communication); and Paulo Okamotto, former president of the Perseu Abramo Foundation.

Also reconciled were the campaign treasurer, José de Filippi Júnior, and Gilberto Carvalho, responsible for the president's schedule. Names such as former governor Wagner and PT president Gleisi Hoffmann distanced themselves from Lula's inner circle.

In the economic area, ministers Dario Durigan (Finance) and Bruno Moretti (Planning), along with the president, participated in this power rebalancing. Wagner and Gleisi's proximity to PF investigations may explain the distancing of these names from the president's inner circle.

Porto mobility plan with estimated cost of 1.2 billion euros over 10 years

The Porto Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (PMUS) has an estimated cost of 1.2 billion euros over 10 years, with 75% of the investment destined for the public transport network, including 600 million euros for the metro network expansion. The document, which will be subject to public consultation, divides investments into three main axes: circulation, parking and logistics (176 million), active modes (88 million) and urban system (55 million). The Porto City Council would be responsible for a total investment of 478.3 million euros.
