Flavio Bolsonaro interrupts campaign to visit Filipe Martins in public prison in Parana

Senator Flavio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) interrupted his campaign schedules this Saturday to visit Filipe Martins, former aide to former President Jair Bolsonaro, who is imprisoned in a public prison in Ponta Grossa, Parana. The meeting was authorized by Justice Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court, rapporteur of the criminal action that sentenced the aide to 21 years of detention.

The visit lasted 1h30, starting at 1 PM and ending at 2:30 PM. At the prison gate, the senator greeted supporters and met with Senator Sergio Moro (PL-PR), who is running for a Senate seat in Parana.

This was the only public agenda of Senator Flavio Bolsonaro this weekend announced by his campaign team, which plans to resume commitments on Monday, September 7th.
