The 24th edition of VINDOURO 2026 began in São João da Pesqueira with an opening session that included music, official speeches, and the presence of the Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro. The ceremony began with a musical moment performed by soprano Sílvia Sequeira, accompanied by members of the Philharmonic Band of Nagoselo do Douro. The event, which celebrates wine and local culture, is taking place in that municipality of the Viseu district.
